Delivery

The lead time for the delivery will be issued for every order according to the manufacturer delivery notice, which is usually no more than 5 weeks, we will be in contact via email if there is any delay to your order. We cannot be held accountable for any delays occurred by the courier, but we will try our very best to keep you updated with any information provided by the courier in this rare circumstance.

 

England: £65 (3-5 working days from Despatch)

Scotland: £350 (5-7 working days from Despatch) Please note: This excludes IV, HS, and ZE, and some AB, KA, KW, PA, and PH postcodes.

Wales: £350 (5-7 working days from Despatch)

 

Returns

The Company will accept returns of standard products within 14 days of arrival subject to a restocking charge of 25%. The return of shipment will need to be covered at the buyer’s expense and once the product has been inspected by our team, we will credit the original payment method. Please note, we will only accept returns of products that are unused and still in arrival condition. In the rare circumstance the products arrive damaged, please contact us at sales@luxeinteriordoors.com providing us with detailed photographic evidence of the flaw in question, this will be replaced at no extra cost.
